Frilly Willy was discovered by the master plantsman Terrell Owens (not the football player!) of Danielsville, Georgia. The form is upright, with tight ascending branches. The beautiful leaves feature extended, slender lobes with serrated edges, undoubtedly giving it the “frilly” appearance. Leaves emerge light green with a pink blush, changing to medium green for summer. Fall colors are red and orange.
